TF2 WarMod is an automative service currently in production for Team Fortress 2 competition matches.
Taking inspiration from the quality and success of the GotGames WarMod created by Twelve-60.
TF2 WarMod aims to bring the following to competitive Team Fortress 2;
• Removal of Critical Hits (KritzKrieg kept)
• Removal of Variable Damage (As they basically are mini-crits)
• Maintaing current distance-based drop-off damage of projectiles
• Ready system to replace tournament mode (requires all players ready)
• Enforced Class Restrictions for 6v6, 8v8 and 9v9 match types
• Enforced PoV demo recording for competitions
• Control of player fov limits (75 -> 130)
• Automatic SourceTV recording and naming (tv_autorecord 1 is currently fail)
• End of round stats ARENA style, rather then MVP format
• Modify Bullet-Based weapon's scatter to a consistent pattern
All of these commands have the ability to be turned on or off at any time.

TF2 WarMod has the following features in development;
Admin Commands:
• wm_fovmin 0 -> 75
This controls the user's option (wm_fov) to change their fov beyond the game's default.
This is set to 75 by default.
• wm_fovmax 90 -> 360
This controls the user's option (wm_fov) to change their fov beyond the game's default.
This is set to 130 by default.
• wm_restrict 1,0 [on/off]
This turns the class restrictions controller on and off.
Specific Commands to alter classes;
wm_restrict_scout
wm_restrict_soldier
wm_restrict_pyro
wm_restrict_demo
wm_restrict_heavy
wm_restrict_eng
wm_restrict_medic
wm_restrict_sniper
wm_restrict_spy
All classes are by default set to "-1" (unlimited).
• wm_melee 1,0 [on/off]
This turns melee mode on or off. This has been introduced to allow teams to choose which side to be
first, as this can be advantageous on certain maps.
This is set to 0 by default.
• wm_arenapanel 1,0 [on/off]
Disables the standard MVP style round display panel, and replaces it with the ARENA display panel.
This is set to 1 by default.
• wm_autopov 1,0 [on/off]
Forces the to record a pov for the duration of a "live" match. Players can not stop the record.
This is set to 0 by default.
• wm_readysystem 1,0 [on/off]
This enables/disables the ready system. This requires all players to be ready.
This is set to 0 by default.
• wm_crits 1,0 [on/off]
Uses Valve's system to disable crits. (Keeps special weapon criticals)
This is set to 0 by default.
• wm_constantdamage 1,0 [on/off]
Removes variable damage from the game. Distance based fall-off of damage remains on projectiles.
This is set to 1 by default.
• wm_constantspray 1,0 [on/off]
Forces the spray of bullet-based weapons to be a consistent pattern.
This is set to 1 by default.
User Commands:
• wm_fov [wm_fovmin -> wm_fovmax]
Users can type this to console to modify their fov in-game. Controlled by wm_fovmin & wm_fovmax.
• .ready / .unready [.r/.ur]
This tags the player as ready/unready. When all 12 players are ready, the match will go "live".
Players are set to unready by default.
• !thirdperson 1,0 [on/off]
This allows users to toggle between first and third person views.
This is set to 0 by default.
